NOTES DATE: Monday, December 25, 2000 FILM: Kodak Supra 400 EXPOSURE: 1/125 second LOCATION: Kalamazoo Nature Center INSTRUMENT: 10" LX200, 2500 mm focal length, f/10 with Thousand Oaks Type 2 Solar Filter PROCESSING: Unsharp masking with Adobe Photoshop 7.0 COMMENTS: The partial solar eclipse on Christmas Day. Not quite at the maximum coverage of 55%. There where several groupings of sunspots visible that day. A few are visible in this photo. The others were temporarily covered up!
