12" LX200 Schmidt-Cassegrain @ f/10
PROCESSING:
Images obtained with DSLRFocus 3.  Registered, aligned, stacked, and dark frame subtracted with Deep Sky Stacker.  Further processing done with Adobe Photoshop 7.0 and Noise Ninja 2.
COMMENTS:
Five days before this image was taken Comet Holmes fit on the tiny chip of my webcam.  Now, it takes up a considerable portion of chip of my digital camera.  The gas and dust ejected by this comet on October 24 has expanded at an amazing rate.
